AAB is a quality conscious company which believes in delivering qualitative range of products. We emphasize on consistency on product quality to provide complete product satisfaction to our clients. We have a well-laid out quality system to ensure quality at every level starting from the procurement of the raw material to the ultimate delivery of the product. Our products are manufactured in accordance with international repute of quality standards so that the products offered are of highest quality standards.

Quality Standards

Quality is our top priority. We have NDT Level II Engineers and 6G Qualitied Welders + Highly Skilled Technicians to meet the required QAP.
We follow stringent quality control measures at every stage of the manufacturing process :
Incoming material, in Process / Production , Final Inspection as well as TPI.
Documentation like MTC (3.1), QAP, WPS, PQR, Visual Inspection Report, Dimensional Report, DPT Report, Radiography, Pneumatic Test Report, Hyro Test Report are provided to our customers.

We beleive that training time to time is very important for being up to date, So our engineers and workers get trained and updated regularly.

Testing Facilities

As Testing is most critical and far most important process in our line of work, we follow thorough procudures to ensure there is no scope of leakage / defects.
These include Visual Inspection, PMI, Dye Penetration Test, Radiography, UT, Pneumatic Test & Hydro Test depending on the project requirements.
We manufacture CNG Gas Coolers for OEMs which are hydro tested at 420 Kg/cm2 Pressure. These are Third Party Inspected and Stamped.
We manufacture Oxygen Gas Heat Exchangers for another OEM which are succesfully working at Nuclear Power Plant abroad. We also manufacture Nitrogen / Methane/ Lethal Gas Condensers which require 100% Radiography.

We are compatible in following all the modern day as well as conventional procedures to ensure the Heat Exchangers are leakage free and fit to use.
